Mindful Family Sessions

Studies show that if you want your child to have a robust mindfulness practice, the key is for us as parents to model a commitment to our own. This class series offers families an opportunity to grow in mindfulness skills together and to develop a working language of practices and metaphors that will help cultivate mindfulness for each member of the family. Your family will hopefully leave this series with not only a variety of mindful tools in your mindfulness toolkits, but having built new connections and deeper relationships as a family.

Day Retreats

Cultivating a mindfulness practice can teach us the importance of quieting our busy minds to notice all that is present in the moment. There are also benefits for us in taking time away from our busy schedules and daily routines to pause and breathe, to notice all that we are carrying, to allow ourselves the space to feel all of our emotions and to prepare to return to our normal lives with more awareness, more gratitude, and more equanimity. One-day retreats are offered for students and their families or small groups and are customized to meet the specific hopes and needs of each group. Please connect for more information, pricing and scheduling.

* Listed prices cover the actual cost of each offering. Please reach out if you are in need of alternate pricing. Reduced rate services are available to those in historically disadvantaged people groups and to those experiencing economic hardship. There is also the invitation to add to your payment as a pay-it-forward gift that helps to support scholarships for other students and families.
